Bonnie Deal Lee

Bonnie Deal Lee, age 89, died Saturday, January 26, 2019 at East GA Regional Medical Center. The native and lifelong resident of Bulloch County was born August 17, 1929. Bonnie was a homemaker, member of Friendship Baptist Church, Middleground Homemakers Club and the Middleground Coffee Group. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is Preceded in death by her husband, J. N. Lee and her parents, Dewey and Maude Deal. Surviving are one son, Terry (Mary) Lee of Statesboro; one daughter, Sandi ( Stanley) Livingston of Enigma, GA; two grandsons, JJ (Bailey) Lee and Terrell Lee both of Statesboro; four great grandchildren, CJ, Cooper, Stella and Lilly; two nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with Rev. Will Griffith officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home. Active pallbearers will be Paul Akins, Jeru Minick, Les Spence, Jerry Johnson, Craig Deal and Dale Smith. Memorials may be made to Ogeechee Area Hospice, P.O. Box 531, Statesboro, Ga. 30459. Hodges-Moore Funeral Home and Curt Deal Funeral Director are in charge of arrangements.
