George W. Lambie

George William Lambie, age 76, passed away October 6, 2021 under the compassionate care of PruittHealth in Millen, Georgia. Mr. Lambie was born in St. Johns, Michigan to the late George and Grace Ryan Lambie but lived the last seventeen years in Bulloch County.

He was an avid reader and especially loved history books. In the late 60’s and early 70’s he taught in the  public school system in Screven County.   George attended St. Matthew Catholic Church.

He is survived by his brother, Tom (Karen) Lambie of Statesboro; his sister, Rosemary Lambie of Richmond, Virginia and a niece, Mariah Lambie of Richmond Virginia.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.
