Stephen Bentley Davis

Stephen Bentley Davis, age 55,  passed away at his home on Sunday, November 15. Stephen was born November 27, 1964 in Stateboro, Georgia to Don and Marlene Miller Davis. He attended Statesboro High School and upon graduation served in the United States Army.

He loved life, his family and friends. And, growing up in the era of real Rock and Roll music, he loved his favorite band, Led Zeppelin. He also deeply appreciated automobiles from times past. And, more recently he had begun to enjoy a new hobby--woodworking.

Stephen is preceded in death by his father, Donald Davis.

He is survived and will be greatly missed by his daughters, Sarah Davis (Eddie Cockrum) and Alanna Davis of Athens, Tennessee; his son, Joshua Davis of Acworth, Georgia; his mother, Marlene Davis; his brother, Dwight Davis; his ex-wife, mother of his children and friend for life, Jennifer Davis and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is planned for a later date.
