Sybil G Burnsed

Sybil G. Burnsed, age 66, died Tuesday April 16, 2019, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. The Chatham County native had lived in Brooklet for the past 42 years. Sybil was a homemaker and a special care taker to her grandson Jesse Ervin Remer Burnsed. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Sybil is preceded in death by her husband Remer D. Burnsed, Sr.

Surviving are her son, Remer D. Burnsed, Jr. (Angelia) of Brooklet; a daughter, Sybil Denise Burnsed Powell (Michael) of Brooklet; a step-daughter, Margaret Ann Tellez of Alvin, TX; one sister, Karen Mills of Bellville; 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and one niece and nephew.

A memorial service will be held Saturday April 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Deal Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be Saturday April 20, 2019 from 9:00 until the hour of the service at 11:00 a.m.
